Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Reseration and Payment

• To secure your date and reserve our services, a 30% deposit of the selected package is required.

• The deposit can be paid via PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

• The remaining 70% of the total package must be paid on the day of the event in cash or by the same electronic means, before the coverage begins.

• In the event of a client cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. If the event is postponed, the deposit can be applied to the new date, subject to our availability.

2. Packages and Coverage

• We offer a variety of packages designed for different needs. The full details of each package, including the number of hours of coverage, the number of photographers, and what is included, can be found on our “Packages and Prices” page.

• Our service hours are continuous. This means the coverage begins at the agreed-upon time and ends when the contracted time is fulfilled without interruptions.

3. Deliverables

• Delivery of photos and videos will take place within 4 to 6 weeks after the event. This time is necessary for the selection, professional editing, and post-production process.

• All material will be delivered via a private and secure online gallery. This gallery will be available for viewing and downloading for a period of 6 months.

4. Additional Fees

• Our prices do not include fees imposed by hotels or vendors for external supplier access. The client is responsible for covering any additional costs that the event venue may require.

• For events outside the Bávaro/Punta Cana metropolitan area, an additional charge for transportation and accommodation may apply. This charge will be specified and agreed upon with the client in advance.

5. Copyright and Image Usage

• Carlos Acosta Wedding retains the copyright to all created images and videos.

• The client receives a personal license for the non-commercial printing, downloading, and use of the photographs. The sale or commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written agreement.

• We reserve the right to use the photographs and videos for promotional purposes for our brand (portfolio, social media, advertising, etc.), unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
